We Will Examine The Supply Chain# Agricultural Cultivation, Food Production And Consumption, Analyze The Effects of These Processes On The Environment, and How to Improve Their Sustainability. Learning Outcomes# By The End of The Course, The Student Will Be Able To# 1. Explain All Environmental Aspects of The Israeli Food Supply Chain. 2. Be Familiar With The Major Environmental Aspects of The Global Food Supply Chain. 3. Analyze The Various Aspects of The Influences of The Food System On The Environment. 4. Explain in Detail The Environmental Impact On The Food We Eat (in Israel and Globally). 5. Suggest Appropriate Practical Tools For Decreasing The Negative Environmental Impact of The Israeli and Global Food System.
