Basic Information
This Course Will Review Creativity Research Relatd to Its Cognitive, Neural and Organizational Perspectives. Topics That Will Be Covered Include The Creative Process, Products, Environment, Personality, Domains (artists, Scientists), and Creativity In Organizations. Students Will Critically Review and Discuss Current Creativity Research and Submit a Final Seminar Paper. Learning Outcomes# at The End of The Course Students Will Be Able To# 1. Identify Current Research Trends in The Field of Creativity Research, and Differentiate How They Span From The Individual to The Organization. 2. Skeptically Critic Creativity Articles. 3. Clearly And Effectively Present Scientific Papers in The Field of Creativity Research. 4. Analyze and Identify Creativity Problems and Propose Specific Research Questions and Methodologies to Address These Problems.
