The Course Introduces The Basic Concepts and Principles in The Field Of Microbial Communities Research. Through Hands-on Experience, It Provides The Tools For Analysis of The Human Microbiome and Other Communities, Focusing On The Population Composition and Its Function. Topics Include Experimental Design, Sampling and Data Collection, Bioinformatic Tools For Data Analysis, Statistics, and Visualization Techniques. Learning Ouctomes# By The End of The Course The Students Will Be# 1. Familiar With Basic Computational Tools. 2. Employ Advance Molecular and Computational Tools For Microbial Communities Research and Analysis.
