Work Breakdown Structure (wbs), Cost and Schedule Estimation Methods, Dependency Analysis and Critical Paths. Risk Analysis and Management. Managing And Tracking Cost, Earned Value Management (evm). Integration, Time, Quality, Procurement, Communication and Human Resources Management. Specific Methods Will Be Presented, Focusing On Software Projects. Learning Outcomes# By The End of The Course, The Student Will Know Common Methods For Management, Planning and Implementation of Large Scale Projects.
