Systems Approach in Science Teaching Emphasizes Interdisciplinary Relationships in Various Science Domains. The Systems Approach Aims At Fostering The Autonomous Learner Through Conceptual Change of The Teacher's Role, From The Source of Knowledge to an Instructor And Mentor. The Course Introduces Novel Study Units, Including Biospheric Processes and Sustainable Development, World Food - Fertilizers, Pesticides and Poisons, and Water Aquifers in Israel. Teaching Methods Include# Case Study As a Teaching and Evaluation Method, Community - Involved Projects, Questions Presented By Students and Solving of Complex Problems.
