As Part of The Practicum in Teaching Mathematics, Every Student Will Attend Classes in Different Age Groups and Levels, and Will Observe, Learn About and Actively Experience Different Aspects of The Teacher Work. Each Student Will Be Engaged in 10 Hours Per Week On Classes of A Mentor Teacher and Will Teach 10 Sessions (half in Middle School, And Half in High-school). In Addition, Reflection Meetings During The Practicum Will Enable Discussing and Analyzing Selected Events and Scenarios From The Classrooms to Support The Novice Teachers. Each Student Will Be Supported and Followed-up By Mentor Teacher. The Final Grade Is Determined By The On-going Evaluation of The Mentor Teacher, Submissions During The Semester and a Test Lesson.
