Basic Information
The Course Requires Performing an Organizational Project As A Practicum in Psychology. Students Will Gain Experience in Identifying And Solving Organizational Problems in Managing The Human Factor. A Corporate Mentor and Academic Advisor Guide The Project. Students Write a Report Summarizing The Problem, Solution, Learning Process, Supported By Theory and Research Methods. Learning Outcomes# at The End of The Course, The Student Will# 1. Get to Know Organizational Processes Via The Practicum in The Organization. 2. Will Acquire Knowledge For Analyzing Managerial Processes That Influence Human Resources Using Organizational Theories And Oranizational Methods. 3. Will Know to Analyze Relationships Between The Organizational Structure, Organizationall Culture, Managerial Practices, and Employees' Behaviors, Using Statistical Tools. 4. Understand The Complex Organization That Further Influences Managers' and Employees' Behaviors and Their Subsequent Success.
