Basic Information
Course Objectives# to Educate Students to Understand The Meaning Of Innovation, to Build Their Knowledge and Skills Enhancing Innovation, To Provide Tools For Managing Innovation and For Creating An Innovation Culture and to Implement Measures of Innovation. The Course Will Walk The Participants Through Each One of The Innovation Phases, From Problem Identification and Idea Generation to Manufacturing And Market Penetration. Finally, The Course Will Consist of Hands On Experiential Learning of The Management of Innovation.
