Students Whose Academic Status Is Satisfactory, Who Have Already Taken 110 to 145 Credit Points, and Who Would Like to Combine Their Studies With Practical Work in The Industry, According to a Program Approved By The Department, May Take The "sandwich System" Within The Framework of an Elective Course. The Practical Work Period Will Be About Seven Months, During Which The Student Will Be Employed In Development, Research, Or Planning Under The Direct Supervision of A Senior Engineer in The Plant and a Faculty Member, Who Will Also Act As Supervisor. During His Stay in The Plant, The Student May Take Additional Courses (about 9 Credit Points) With The Approval of His Direct Supervisor and The Teachers Responsible For The Courses Concerned. at The Completion of The Project, The Student Will Submit To His Faculty Supervisor a Comprehensive Technical Report, Accompanied By a Professional Evaluation By His Direct Supervisor At The Plant.
