Basic Information
The Field of "commercial Law" Is One of The Most Comprehensive Areas Of Law, Which Incorporates in It a Wide Range of Laws That Have As Of Major Impact On The Daily Lives of All of Us. This Course Will Focuse On The Central Issues of Business Law and Business Entrepreneurship In Israel, and in Doing So, We Will Be Familiar With The Basic Focus Principles of The Laws of Contract, Property, Corporation, Tendering And Antitrust, in Addition to Recognizing The Commercial Civil System Of The State of Israel.
