Teaching Consists of Frontal Lectures, Seminars, Discussions And Clinical Tutoing. The Clinical Exposure in Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology. at The Begining of The Year A 5 Days Course of Introduction to Ob/gyn Is Given. Obstetrics# Participation in Deliveries, Rounds in The Maternity and High Risc Unit, Participation in Cesarean Section. Observation Of Operative Deliveries, Ultrasound Scanning and The Various Techniques For Prenatal Diagnosis. Gynecology# Guided Rounds In The Department, Admissions, Participation in Operations And Procedures, Visits to The Emergency Room and Outpatient Clinics. Reproductive Biology# Teaching in The Infertility Clinic And Ivf Unit. Students Are Requested to Participate in Night Calls (5-6). Students' Evaluation Includes Evaluation By The Department (25 ), Oral Exam (25 ) and Final Written Exam (50 ). The Passing Grade For The Clarkship Is 70. Students Are Required To Pass an Exam On The Introductory Course at The Begining Of The Clarkship.
