The Course Introduces The Main Theoretical Frameworks Dealing With Learning Difficulties in School in General and in Stem Disciplines In Particular. These Frameworks Include Psychological, Socio-political, And Critical Theories. The Course Will Focus On Learning Disabilities, Physical and Emotional Disabilities. The Growing Discipline Of Disability Studies Will For a Basis For Discussion Issues of Inclusion And Exclusion in The Education System. By The End of The Course The Students Should Be Able To# 1. Describe The Main Theories in The Field of Learning Difficulties. 2. Connect Between Theories in The Domain of Disability Studies And School Practices Regarding Inclusion and Exclusion of Students With Special Needs. 3. Establish Their Own Teachung Philosophies With Regard to Students With Special Needs, and Justify Them Based On The Theories Learned In The Course
