The Course Axamines Statutory Planning As a Tool For Policy Regulation Of Space. The Aim of The Course Is to Expose The Student to The Principles of Planning and Construction Law in Israel, The Legislative System, Regulations and Planing Institutions- Their Justification, Their Powers and Boundaries. Types of Programs at The Various Levels# Master Plans, Infrastructure, Renewal and Policy Document, Discussion And Approval Processes, Flexibility Between Planing and Execution, Representation and Integration of Economic, Social and Enviromental Considerations in Planning and Execution Processes. in Addition, The Course The Course Deals With The Processes, Constraints And Guidelines That Create The Buildind Permit As a Key Tool in The Planning, Design and Construction of Building, Landscape And Infrastructures and Control of Execution Processes. It Also Examines The Structure and Development of Planing and Building Regulations, Building Standards, and Advanced Licensing Tools The Course Oultlines The Principles of Property, Land, Tort And Insurance Law Interwoven With Architect's Work. Special Emphasis Is Given in The Course to The Rules of Registration and Licensing Of Architects and The Rules of Professional Ethics That Apply of Them At The End of The Semster The Student Will# 1.
