The Course Provides Students With Farther Design Concepts in Reference To The Principles of Perception and The Senses, The Human Body, And The Visual Culture in a Given Environment. Topics of Study Include# 1. Different Components of Visual Perception and Their Interconnection In 2-d and 3-d (specific Site, Form, Light Vs. Shadow, Color). 2. Approaches of Visual Expression in Built Environments, Including The Mutual Influence Between Man, Object and Environment As It Is Manifested in Signs, Symbols and Images. 3. Expression Of Environmental Contents and Ideas Via Artistic Means and Installations Which Act Upon The Senses and The Physical-visual Experience. Students Are Invited to Reinforce The Ideas Raised in The Course in Workshops Of Their Own Choosing.
