Advanced Microscopy Methods in Life Science Research, Including Technology and Applications. Understanding Basic Concepts in Optics, Fluorescence, Image Analysis and Processing. an Array of Florescent Detection Methods, in Living Cells, of Dna, Rna and Protein Will Be Presented, Emphasizing Specific Examples From Recent Studies at The Single-molecule Resolution. At The End of The Course, The Students Will Be Able To# 1. Explain How The Microscope Works and to Self-operate an Optical Microscope For His Research. 2. Design and Perform Imaging in Cell-biology With The Understanding Of The Factors That Affect The Sample Preparation and The Imaging Process. 3. Compare Between Different Methods of Sample Preparation For Imaging, and Define The Best Methods For His Research. 4. Compare Different Methods of Advanced Microscopy Techniques, And Define The Right Method For The Research. 5. Analyze The Obtained Results With Advanced Image Analysis Software.
