Biological Building Blocks, Biological Self-assembly Process, Biological Polymers and Fibrils, Bioinspired Materials, Design Principles of Materials From The Nanometer Scale to Designing Biological Polymers, Current Industrial and Research Applications Of Biological Materials, Future Applications of Biological Materials. Project of Seminar and Written Task. Learning Outcomes# at The End of The Course The Students Will Know# 1. The Students Will Know The Unique Properties of Biological Building Blocks From The Single Molecule Level Up to Large Polymers._ 2. The Students Will Acquire New Tools For Designing Biological Materials and Will Be Able to Choose The Biological Building Blocks For a Specific Biological Material With a Desired Property, and Match Between The Material S Properties and Its Application._ 3. The Students Will Be Able to Critically Read Multidisciplinary Research Papers in Subjects Relevant to The Design and Use Of Biological Materials._ 4. Following The Project That Will Be Done in Class, The Students Will Be Able to Write Research Proposals That Integrate Several Disciplines in Areas Related to The Design and Use of Biological Materials.
