Nuclear Astrophysics# Cross Section, Reaction Rate, Hydrogen Burning, Helium Burning, Advanced Burning Stages, The Slow Process, The Rapid Process, Nuclear Processes During Supernova Explosion, Primordial Nucleosynthesis. Learning Outcomes Upon Completion of This Course It Is Intended That a Student Will Be Able To# 1. Understand The Core Concepts of Nuclear Processes, In Particular Energy Production in Stars. 2. Write The Basic Equations Of Nuclear Processes and The Relevant Constants. 3. Write and Justify The Assumptions Leading to The Equations. 4. Solve Problems Similar To Those Given in Class and Homework. 5. Present Qualitative Description Of Phenomena Related to The Equations and Theories.
